Solva™ Portable Sauna

Solva uses a hot-air heating system, not steam. A compact electric heater warms the air inside the cabin, think of it as a mini version of a traditional sauna stove. You get real, dry heat with none of the dampness or humidity of a steam sauna.

Up to 185°F — the same deep, dry heat as an authentic Finnish sauna, and far hotter than the steam tents that top out around 115°F.

Both. Set it up in a bedroom, living room, or garage, or take it out to the patio. Just keep it dry and on a flat, stable surface.

About 15 minutes to reach full heat from a normal room temperature. Most people switch it on, get changed, and it's ready by the time they are.

Pure dry heat. No water, no steam, no mess, just genuine warmth that's comfortable to breathe.

Very. It unfolds and plugs into a standard outlet, no tools, no electrician, no assembly headaches. You'll be ready in about 5-7 minutes.

The Solva cabin is built in layers, each one chosen for a reason, so you get real heat, real comfort, and materials you can actually trust.

The outer shell is a durable, skin-safe cotton blend that's easy to clean, resists everyday wear, and is completely free of BPA, microplastics, and harmful chemicals. Just beneath it sits a thermal insulation core — a dense heat-retention layer that locks warmth in and spreads it evenly, so every session runs deeper and more consistent instead of losing heat the moment you open the door. Against your skin is an ultra-soft inner lining that's breathable, wicks moisture, and stays fresh even in high heat, so it feels good to sit in from the first minute to the last. And the clear view window is made from high-temperature TPU rated up to 220°F (105°C), giving you an open, airy feel while keeping all the heat sealed inside.

The result is a cabin that's clean, comfortable, and genuinely built to hold real heat, no cheap plastics, no chemical smell, no compromises.

Yes, wipe the interior down after use and let it air out. The natural cotton and simple design make maintenance effortless.

The portable sauna, heater, remote control, and your free bonuses (sauna chair, travel bag, and premium towel) — everything you need in one box.

It has a compact footprint when set up, and folds down light enough to slide into a closet or pack into the included carry bag when you're done.

Honestly, most people buy it for one reason and end up staying for another. They come for the sweat and the recovery after workouts — and then they realize the 20 minutes of quiet heat at the end of the day is the part they can't live without.

What you'll probably notice first is sleep. A session in the evening winds you down, and you drift off easier. Tight, beat-up muscles start to loosen, so you're not as sore the next morning. The heat gets your blood moving a bit like a light workout would, and mentally, it's just… calm, no phone, no noise, twenty minutes that are only yours. Stick with it a few times a week and that "reset" feeling stops being a treat and becomes part of how you feel normally.

Everyone's a little different, of course, and to be clear, it's a wellness product, not a medical device, so it's not meant to treat or cure anything. If you've got any health concerns, have a quick word with your doctor first. But for most people, it just becomes the best part of the day.

Dry heat is what a real sauna is built on — and it's a completely different experience from the steam tents you'll see everywhere else. Instead of filling the cabin with damp, humid vapor, Solva heats the air itself, so you get a clean, deep warmth that's genuinely comfortable to sit and breathe in.

A few reasons it wins:

• It gets much hotter. Dry heat reaches up to 185°F — the range of an authentic Finnish sauna. Steam saunas usually stall around 110–125°F, so they never give you that deep, real sweat.
• No dampness or mess. No water tank to fill, no soggy interior, no clammy feeling on your skin — and nothing left damp to dry out or grow mildew afterward.
• A cleaner, more comfortable session. Humid steam can feel heavy and hard to breathe. Dry heat feels open and crisp, so you can relax longer and actually enjoy it.
• Easier to live with. No refilling, no wet cleanup — just plug in, heat up, and go.

If you've ever been in a proper spa or gym sauna and loved that dry, enveloping heat, that's exactly what this recreates at home — steam tents simply can't match it.

It does, there's a warm red light built right into the cabin. Want to be upfront about what it is, though: it's there to set the mood and make your session feel like a calm, spa-like escape not clinical red light therapy. True red light therapy relies on very specific wavelengths (usually in the 600–850 nm range) to have a measurable effect, and the built-in light isn't designed or certified for that.

So think of it as ambiance, not treatment: a soft, relaxing glow that makes stepping in at the end of the day feel that much better. The real work happens through the deep, dry heat, the light is just there to help you switch off and enjoy it.

We'd always rather tell you exactly what you're getting than overpromise. If dedicated red light therapy is what you're after, that's a different kind of device, but if you want genuine heat with a warm, relaxing atmosphere, that's exactly what this delivers.
